MOQ is set per product line and depends on how you ship. Sea freight is quoted by the pallet or container, air freight by the carton, and we consolidate several categories into a single shipment so smaller facilities still reach a workable volume. Prices are not published because they move with volume, freight mode and destination. Every quote is priced per unit and per line, with the freight and delivery window shown separately, so you can compare a sea and an air scenario side by side. Quotes are issued within 48 business hours and payment is by bank transfer (T/T) or letter of credit (L/C).

Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method you choose. Sea freight takes around 30–50 days, while air freight options allow delivery within 6–9 days.

We deliver to healthcare facilities across Africa and the Middle East, and we can also provide quotations for other countries worldwide upon request. Our team supports international shipments through reliable logistics partners for dependable delivery wherever our clients operate.

Our manufacturers are certified to ISO 13485, the quality management standard for medical devices, and the product lines we supply carry CE marking. Test reports, certificates of analysis and batch traceability documents ship with every order, and we can send the certificates for a specific reference before you order.

We accept bank transfers (T/T) and letters of credit (L/C) for larger orders. Payment terms are discussed during the quotation process based on order size and relationship.
